# How to contact support

The fastest way to get help is a support ticket. Every ticket is saved in your account, so you can follow the whole conversation.

1. Sign in to your client area.
2. Go to **Support** and click **Open a Ticket**.
3. Choose the department: **Technical Support** for hosting, email and server questions, **Billing** for invoices and payments, **Orders** for new orders.
4. Select the related service, describe the problem and attach a screenshot if you can.
